Join the Inland Northern Science Project (INSP), California Department of Water Resources, and Project WET as we explore the impact of a changing climate on the Feather River watershed and State Water Project – one of the most important water sources for the entire state.
Learn about other programs for students, including Salmon in the Classroom, the Feather River Floating Classroom, Forebay Aquatic Center and experience a variety Project WET activities focused on weather, climate and water conservation that emphasize concepts and skills students can apply to their school or home.
Participants will receive a $300 stipend and an opportunity to purchase 2 Continuing Education Units through the CSUC Center for Regional and Continuing Education upon completion of the institute and a curriculum integration project.
