International Network and Project Manager
Allison Howe joined the Project WET team in 2016 as the International Project Assistant. She earned a B.A. in Economics and Geography from the University of Washington in 2012 and studied social justice in Bangalore, India. After graduating, she pursued her interest in youth development, leading teenagers on hiking, biking and canoeing trips at an outdoor adventure camp during the summers while working in Bozeman in various contexts as a ski coach, paraprofessional at Hawthorne Elementary, baker and barista. In February 2015, she started her own dehydrated backpacking food business to provide a healthier and tastier approach to backpacking food. Her main interests are youth development and environmental issues and she is excited to promote positive change through Project WET. Her hobbies include skiing, cooking and spending time outdoors, most recently having completed a coast-to-coast cycling trip in autumn 2014 to promote healthy, positive lifestyles.
