CALIFORNIA SCIENCE TEACHERS’ CONFERENCE ATTENDEES! Join us for unique field course experience that will be a combined Project WET training, while touring the American River watershed from the Tahoe Rim to the confluence with the Sacramento River. You’ll hear presentations by field professionals on the role of their organizations and science in the management of water resources, the mitigation of water issues and the challenges in managing water resources presented by a changing climate and needs of society. You will be engaged in Project WET activities demonstrating how to bring knowledge from the day back to your classroom, and will have time to discuss questions you have with the professionals.
