Utah State University Extension 4-H is a positive youth development program run through Cooperative Extension. 4-H has four pillars: healthy living, agriculture, civics education and STEM. Utah state is aiming to partner with Project WET to make it available to formal and informal educators throughout the state that work with youth of various ages.
