Project WET and PLT Curricula Workshop for Educators | January 7-8, 2015 | Blue Licks State Park (near Carlisle, KY)

Join us for a two-day in-service that will train and certify participants on nationally recognized environmental education curricula Project Learning Tree (PLT) and Project Water Education for Teachers (WET). PLT and WET provide hands-on activities that are geared toward youth, but can be easily adapted for adult audiences and programs (e.g., environmental programs, homemaker clubs, gardening lessons, conservation programs, etc.). This training will have a special focus on water in the agricultural landscape. Each participant will receive one copy of both PLT and WET curriculum guides. Registration fee is $50 per person and includes dinner on day one, breakfast on day two and PLT and WET guides. Please note: Lodging is not provided. Participants are responsible for arranging and paying for their lodging during the training. A block of rooms are available for $69.55 at Blue Licks State Park. Space is limited, register now!
