Q: What is Project WET?
A: Project WET (Water Education for Teachers) USA is an interdisciplinary water science and education program for formal and nonformal educators of K-12 students. Read more about us.
Q: How does the program work?
A: Project WET USA partners with an agency or organization in each state that is a recognized leader in water education. The organization designates a Project WET State Coordinator to administer the program in their state. This coordinator trains a network of highly qualified workshop facilitators who then provide professional development workshops for teachers, agency educators, resource managers, and non-formal educators. The Project WET Curriculum and Activity Guide can only be obtained by attending one of these workshops. Our nationwide network is made up of over 70 state coordinators and co-coordinators, and over 3000 local facilitators who serve over 20,000 educators annually with workshops. This network is the core of the Project WET program.
Q: How can I get a copy of The Project WET Curriculum and Activity Guide?
